The Site displays small thumbnail previews and public profile names of OnlyFans creators who are running a deal. All full-resolution content remains hosted exclusively on OnlyFans.com under the creator's own account.

3. Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that material accessible on or from the Site infringes your copyright, you (or your authorised agent) may send a written notice that includes:

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple works, a representative list);
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it appears on the Site (URL is best);
  4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email);
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

4. Designated DMCA Agent

Send DMCA notices and counter-notices to:

DMCA Agent — OnlyFansDiscounts.com
Via our contact form (choose "DMCA / copyright takedown")

5. Response Time

We will review and act on valid DMCA notices promptly, typically within 5–10 business days. Action may include removing the disputed thumbnail/listing from the Site.

6. Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice including (i) your signature, (ii) identification of the removed material and its prior location, (iii) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and (iv) your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.

7. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to permanently remove creators or listings associated with repeated valid DMCA notices.

8. False Claims

Knowingly filing a misrepresented DMCA notice may result in liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
